Many years ago, hand-coding a website is the only way to mark up a page with HTML code. Nowadays, there are web authoring tools that streamline site building without a lot hand-coding. This is not to say that you do not need to HTML. You still have to understand what the mark up language does. However, web authoring tools have these tags pre-coded, so you do not have to type them out. Web authoring tools range from free of charge to the very expensive. It all depends on what features you want from the tools.

Keep your content fresh and post new information periodically. This lets people know that someone is actively managing it. No one wants to read old content. So, figure out what you need to do to keep your websites fresh.
